Formation
Earl Kramer and Tim Garcia met in the summer of 1998. Earl was holding a French horn, Tim an alto saxophone. Earl grew up idolizing Frank Zappa and Alan Parsons; Tim grew up playing “Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain” on the piano.
In his mid-20s, Earl wrote a song for his toddler (“Maisy, You’re Going To Get Burned”).
Tim sang a harmony.
Lime Colony ignited.
